Lịch trình chi tiết
Departure: HA NOI – TRAM TAU, YEN BAI
6:30 PM Begin the journey at To Ong Adventure Office in Hanoi: No. 9, Lane 53, Tran Quoc Hoan, Cau Giay, Hanoi.
Specific pick-up details and time will be sent via email 3 days before departure (if any changes occur).
00:00 AM Arrive at Tram Tau, Yen Bai. Check in at a homestay and rest overnight in a dormitory-style room.
For customers arriving from other locations, To Ong will provide pick-up at Noi Bai Airport, Hanoi. Please book flights that arrive at the airport before 6:30 PM.
Day 1: TRAM TAU – BAN XA HO – TA CHI NHU
5:30 AM Wake up, have breakfast, and prepare belongings.
7:00 AM Shuttle picks up the group for transfer to Mo Chi mountain base.
8:00 AM Arrive at the mountain base, organize belongings, and meet local porters who will assist the group.
The guide will brief on safety regulations and lead warm-up exercises before starting the journey to conquer Ta Chi Nhu.
Leaving Mo Chi, the group follows a gentle trail up the mountain slopes.
The route will pass through terraced fields of the Hmong and Thai people and remote local villages.
11:30 AM Reach halfway to the summit of Ta Chi Nhu. Enjoy a lunch break at "Three Trees Hill."
1:00 PM Continue the trek toward the overnight hut, crossing grass hills and bare hills along the way. The trail will also wind through bamboo forests interspersed with ancient trees.
5:00 PM Arrive at the hut, collect belongings, and rest. Take photos at the swing viewpoint, admire the view of Tram Tau from above, and prepare for dinner. If the weather is favorable, enjoy a sunset around the hut.
7:00 PM Group dinner at the hut. Relax, socialize, and rest.
If the sky is clear, the group can stargaze. From the campsite, enjoy a magical night view of the town below.
Day 2: TA CHI NHU – BAN XA HO – TRAM TAU
3:30 AM Wake up, prepare belongings, and have breakfast.
4:30 AM Start the journey to catch the sunrise and conquer the summit. Each participant will be provided with a flashlight to assist in the climb.
5:00 AM Although it takes about 2 hours to reach the summit, the terrain is steep and challenging, primarily through open hills.
Two-thirds of the way from the hut to the summit offers stunning views of the sunrise and a sea of clouds.
If there was frost the night before, you’ll witness a dazzling morning forest of ice flowers during the climb.
7:00 AM Arrive at the summit marker 2979m. Take a moment to celebrate your successful conquest of the Ta Chi Nhu trail with a commemorative photo.
8:00 AM Enjoy panoramic views of Yen Bai and the Chi Pau flower fields along the way. Return to the hut for a lunch prepared by local Hmong hosts.
10:30 AM Returning to the trekking lodge, enjoy lunch with local dishes lovingly prepared by the H’Mong hosts.
11:30 AM Organize belongings then begin the descent back down the mountain.
4:30 PM Shuttle picks up the group from the mountain base, returning to Tram Tau, Yen Bai.
5:30 PM Relax and rejuvenate in the hot spring, soaking in mineral-rich waters that are beneficial for health after the challenging trek.
6:00 PM Head to a local restaurant for a dinner of regional specialties, sharing stories of the adventure.
7:30 PM Board the bus back to Hanoi. Expected arrival time is around 1:00 AM next day.
